Why Use An Agent?

Looking to purchase a new home? Let's do it together!

  • Knowledge of the local market: An experienced real estate agent has a deep understanding of the local housing market, including current trends in pricing, demand, and competition. This knowledge can help buyers make informed decisions about which neighborhoods to focus on and what type of home to purchase.

  • Access to off-market properties: Experienced agents often have access to off-market properties that are not listed on public websites. This gives buyers a competitive advantage in a hot market where inventory is low and competition is high.

  • Negotiating skills: Real estate agents are skilled negotiators who can help buyers get the best possible price for a home. They can also help buyers navigate the complex process of making an offer and counteroffer, which can be challenging for those who are not familiar with the process.

  • Professional network: Real estate agents have a professional network of lenders, inspectors, and other service providers who can help buyers throughout the home buying process. This network can help buyers save time and money and ensure that the transaction goes smoothly.

  • Protection and guidance: An experienced real estate agent can provide buyers with protection and guidance throughout the home buying process. They can help buyers avoid costly mistakes, ensure that all legal requirements are met, and guide buyers through any issues or challenges that may arise. This can give buyers peace of mind and help them make a successful and stress-free home purchase.

🛠️ What’s New After the Renovation?

Chick-fil-A owner Efraim Silva pulled out all the stops to make sure this reopening was worth the wait. Here’s what’s new:

  • A larger, faster kitchen to improve order speed

  • A redesigned drive-thru layout for quicker service

  • A remodeled indoor playground currently the only one along Federal Highway in Pompano Beach

“We’re back and better than ever,” Silva wrote on Instagram. “Join us for our grand reopening! New look, same craveable Chick-fil-A favorites.”

🧱 Why Did Chick-fil-A Close in the First Place?

The location temporarily closed in mid-March 2025 for planned upgrades. At the time, renovations were expected to last around three months. But like many construction projects in South Florida, the timeline stretched with the doors staying shut nearly five months.

Still, the improvements are designed to better serve both dine-in guests and drive-thru regulars, especially families looking for kid-friendly dining along Federal Highway.

🍗 Is There Another Chick-fil-A Nearby?

Yes! For those who couldn’t go without their waffle fry fix, Chick-fil-A fans were directed to Silva’s Deerfield Beach location, just north of the Pompano store:

📍 101 N Federal Highway, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441
(Located near Hillsboro Boulevard)

This second location opened shortly after the Pompano Beach closure, keeping loyal customers satisfied in the meantime.

🚧 What Did Customers Say During the Closure?

Locals have been anxiously checking on the progress for months. Some residents even drove by the location weekly to see if anything had changed.

In May, the general manager posted to Instagram:

“We’ve seen some tile being laid out, we’re seeing furniture come in… the plans are going well.”

Safe to say this reopening is a highly anticipated event in the Pompano Beach community.
